1. Agreement
By accessing linecheckprep.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.
4. Purchases, Refunds and Guarantees
LineCheckPrep offers a free tier and two paid plans, both one-time payments billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Two Runs grants 90 days of access. Full Prep grants one year of access. Neither plan renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel.
Every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee: within 30 days of purchase you can ask for a full refund for any reason at all.
Full Prep also carries a separate pass guarantee. Complete one full-length timed run with us, sit the real ServSafe® Manager exam during your year of access, and if you do not pass we refund the Full Prep price in full. The only condition is the one completed full-length timed run — no minimum score and no requirement to finish drill sets. To claim it, email [email protected] with the official score report showing your result. The pass guarantee runs for the full year of access and stacks with the 30-day money-back guarantee rather than replacing it.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not share your account or paid content with others.
- Do not scrape, redistribute, or republish our questions or explanations.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All questions, content, branding, and code on the Service are owned by LineCheckPrep or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. ServSafe® is a registered trademark of the National Restaurant Association; we use it only to identify the exam the Service helps you prepare for.
7. No Affiliation
LineCheckPrep is an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Restaurant Association, ServSafe, or any regulatory agency. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. No Outcome Guarantee
We do not promise that using the Service will result in passing any exam. The pass guarantee described above is a refund promise, not a promise about your result.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LineCheckPrep's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app notice.
